Why is my game giving me the finger?

The game is fantastic - so long as you can ignore the fact that the game will often times crash when using Hero special attacks, and the fact that it seems to crash for no reason at least half the time I try to play a level. Ive sent multiple complaints to the company and havent heard a single thing, so dont expect anything from "customer support."
